My dress alterations was the easiest part of planning my wedding. We altered my over skirt, added an off the shoulder sleeve and everything was flawless. My seamstress Grace WAS INCREDIBLE, she is the highlight of their entire staff. She was so patient and talented and made me feel like a beautiful bride. Cannot thank everyone there enough. No hiccups, no bumps, I spent less than what I had mentally budgeted for alterations and picked up a perfect dress. Could not be happier thank you!!

My experience at Bertha was unbelievable! I loved every moment. Ask for Leah—she is my new best friend and truly the best! I saw hundreds of dresses, and Bertha's were the most comfortable, beautiful, and original ones I found. The service was exceptional. As a very indecisive person, Leah guided me through the entire process and was amazing.

If you go to Berta to get a dress for your wedding, ask to work with Leah, she was amazing with her customer service! From the moment we met, she was finishing up with a previous client so my appt was behind about 15 mins and I was worried that my appointment would be rushed as a result. It was most definitely not! I had time to try on all the different dresses that I wanted to try on and adding shoes along with vail options and didn't feel rushed one bit by her! I could tell that we were going over time a tad (based on the other associates looking in our area lol) but Leah made sure to keep the energy around me positive, fun and relaxing. I notice all the details with EVERYTHING around me, so I wanted to make sure to mention that! She made sure I felt great in my dress, got time to chat in my dress, and that was ultimately what made me want to make the decision to buy! I didn't have a budget necessarily, but it was more than I thought I was going to spend, but having the moments to just be in the dress, and try on different vails and have that time to let the look simmer, I knew it was the right choice! Leah was the EPITOME of great.customer.service! It was a magical day with my mother and my friends and I really appreciated it. I also was lucky enough to be at BERTA the same time as Berta Balilti herself. She was also a dream, very sweet, and kind, came to check on me and adjust the dresses I was trying on and bringing positive energy. This is the type of energy every designer should have if they want to keep people loving their work. So thanks again Leah, and Berta for making this such a memorable day! Berta NYC was hands down the best experience of all the bridal boutiques I visited. Not only are their gowns the most beautiful I've ever seen, the staff and the atmosphere are 1,000/10. Upon entering the gorgeous, immaculate showroom, Eneida was so sweet greeting us and offering us water, tea, Prosecco, etc. They allow you to look through all of the racks of their absolutely stunning gowns and the entire experience feels private and intimate as all of the areas to try on dresses are perfectly spaced out that you feel like the only ones in the showroom. Some of my party was running late and Eneida kindly asked if we wanted to wait for them to arrive, a rarity as some shops make you feel like the clock is quickly ticking. Eneida was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I explored many options to ultimately find my vision. I never felt rushed or pressured and felt like she was truly in my corner to help me find my dream dress. She even offered to squeeze us in to come back at the end of the day as we had to leave for other scheduled appointments. After trying other stores, I knew Berta NYC was where I was ultimately going to pick my dress. I was so excited all week to go back the following weekend to choose my dress. It was such a magical experience for myself, my family and friends as we all celebrated finding my dream dress. I can't say enough great things about Eneida and Berta NYC and highly recommend to all future brides!!!

Berta has made all of my bridal dreams come true. The customer service is amazing and the women who work here truly want the best for any bride who comes in. The space is beautiful and had plenty of room. I did not even notice other fittings going on! Teresa ran my appointment and let myself and the group I brought select some dresses we thought I would like, and as we tried them on she thought about other options for me. After trying on countless dresses, she decided to pull one other that I never would have picked myself, and it turned out to be my dress! No one put any pressure on me to buy that day, and they were so helpful in talking through options with me. I ended up coming back a few weeks later to try it on again and ended up saying yes :) Allie has been helping me now with my alterations and she is so warm and kind, being very upfront with me on what she is going to do and asking me questions to make sure I'll feel comfortable. Overall I have had a 100/10 experience at Berta and would recommend it all future brides!
