Amy was so helpful and kind. She was one of the few folks working that had a positive, upbeat, and humble attitude! She was very knowledgeable on the products and didn’t over or under sell anything. 4 stars because this location didn’t have as much in stock as others in Manhattan and half the interactions were a bit smug.

I had such a lovely shopping experience at this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the people on the floor, to the dressing room, to checkout. I was looking for something to use for a Halloween costume and the women working there sprung to action with ideas and items to try on. I wish I had gotten all of their names so they could get recognition but I unfortunately can only remember Laura was one of them. Either way, everyone was just the best and helped me find the perfect thing to make my costume.

I ordered white busy tank on black friday sale. Do Not trust the sale items! They don’t refund your money! They only give you store credit even if you return them the next day! I will use my credit and will not shop at aritzia any more. Such a rude store manager at hudson yards and such a bad customer service! You can run my name to see how much i loved aritzia before i experienced their return policy!

I’ll NEVER EVER return to this store !!! Placed an order in store during their black Friday sale. The order was placed for in store pickup, after about a week of not receiving any notification pertaining to the order , I decided to go back to the store to get some kind of update on my order.. I went to the front desk to explain to the girls that I’m checking to see if my order is ready for pick up… what ensued was 3 days of me having to go back and forth to the store and feeling like a criminal as if my purchase wasn’t legitimate .. the mangers and employees gossiping to the side and looking at me as if I’m a thief !! The manager wanting to argue with me about who I spoke to previously from who I didn’t speak to! All of this just for them to tell me that my order couldn’t be fulfilled because what I order was sold out!!! An absolute JOKE !! Those managers names are Kaitlyn and Zoey !! The worst managers I’ve ever had the displeasure of communicating with I will never return or spend a penny of my hard earned money with them again!
