We issue store credits to registered customer in cases of sold-out-after-order item, order cancellation or return order. This page explains how a store credit can be claimed on your next order.
Firstly you will be able to review if you have any store credit in your account, by clicking in the "My Account" link on page top. You will get this view as in follows. If you have any store credit in your account, that will be shown on bottom of the right-hand column.
Now here is how to claim your store credit. The process is quite automated. You will create an order as usual. Upon arriving the Step-4 in checking out cart, you will see an addition message block of store credit is inserted on top of the payment options area:
There will be two scenarios:
1. If your order size is greater than your store credit, as in the case of the above screenshot, then ALL store credit will be applied to the order automatically. You will have the option to select a payment method for the balance.
2. If your store credit is greater than your order size, you will have the option to (i) pay the order fully using the store credit, or (ii) keep the credit untouched for this order and pay the it using another available payment method on site.
